E308: Resident Evil 5 trailer

Capcom showed a gameplay demo of Resident Evil 5 at the conference, also announcing a two-player co-op mode. The game is planned to be released in early March 2009, and here are some new images and a new trailer.
Update: Both versions of the trailer are now available. The gameplay part seem identical, but the story part is totally different.

Wow, amazing trailer. I am so freaking stoked for this game, I cannot wait! Maybe time to play RE4 for the 6th time to tide me over (yes I've played it that many times).

The players sucked. My only complaint about the game though, is that (seemingly) you get dropped out of zoom every time you fire off a shot.

Was speaking about the gameplay shown at Microsoft's conference.

I assume that the players just let go of the aim button every time they shot, if it's anything like RE4

This series is turning into Gears of War. Not liking it one bit.

There's not enough money in the genre of classic survival horror
Then again, how can we complain, this is one of the best trailers for a video game any of us have ever seen

Well its quite realistic to not beable to target and reload a weapon like that at the same time.
