I don't have a problem with Treyarch to begin with - i'm part of the minority that actually loved COD 3.

looks decent... but I HATE THE ARMS for your character their stiff and lifeless i truely hate that... and i hate WW2 games like this where the damn guns look like match sticks its f*cking annoying i hate it..
those 2 things take away from everything else... look at other games they take a lot of time on the hand/arm and the guns because those are things that are on your damn screen 100% of the time if you mess them up they trash everythig else and so far what im seeing of that is depressing.
i love that they added vehicles/coop/flamethrower... but come on this is a basic thing that their f*cking up which will totally make this game feel like crap

yet another ww2 based fps game from the call of duty series. The first thing i notice is the graphics. They have used the same damn engine since the first COD game came out on xbox 360. its over 3 years old! Christ! It looks like shit!
Else you can see that the A.I. is the same. Primitive and boring. Hurray!
I love ww2 fps, but I think that they should do something new with the genre. Improve graphics, gameplay, AI.. and so on. By continuing to make the same game in a nother wrapping, is just self-termination.

Without a doubt will be better than CoD4! :) Back to CoD's roots for a start and looks intense! Preordering!
Why do people hate on Treyarch ? CoD3 was a decent single player game but online was excellent! I just hope they have a Battlefield ranking/reward system and not like CoD4! I want to chose what I unlock not in your unlock order!

I think it looks OK. Maybe not WOW, but still up there along with other COD's.
And yes they are using the COD4-engine, which is getting old at this time, but I still like the graphics. I'm sure it will be better than COD3, and hopefully a lot longer than COD4 (6 hours for a full game?).

this is what a cod game has been screaming out for co-op, somebody to share those scripted moments with..hopefully it'll be more than two player though. I look forward to the time where your whole army is made up of other players. What they really need to do though with this co-op is enforce a reason for people to not run ahead and work together.. such as making a player the medic.

I think this is a "waiting"-game. COD6 afre coming next year, and I am sure that we will be able to destroy everything......like in Bad Company. COD6 will contain a new engine for the next generation. Gears 2 will let you destroy everything and I am looking forward to that.
COD5 are going to be played and forgot.

AI is also being modelled of actual tactics used by the Japanese during the war.

lol I didn't know Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) was in the voice cast. Game looks great too. Much better than CoD3.

I don't know what you guys think, but I wish Treyarch/Infinity Ward could make some new running animations. I mean, in a game like Battlefield: Bad Company the weapon kind of "follow" your foot steps.. you can see how it "bounces" up and down when running. But here it just lies still in your hands, wich make it look like the character floats forward... =) :/

that actualy looked good, hope there will be more enemies when playing with more ppl co-op, like in RfoM when you play splt screen there are alot more enemies on screen to shoot at :)

This video looks... generic to me. I don't get it. I LOVED CoD2, CoD3 was 'meh', then I got hyped up as soon as I seen CoD4 and loved the game also, but yet again this looks 'meh'. The problem with CoD3/CoD5 seems to be the heavy focus on one part of the war, giving the user little feeling of achievement, or variation, rather than the problem being the time it's actually set in.
I'd much rather play a game which has all the 'best bits' (if there is such a thing in a war), rather than a game which has a few good bits inbetween many so-so bits of the same battle.
