9.3 from IGN. dec 5th can't come soon enough.

You serious ??? WOHOOOO!! that's very good news not that I take IGN too seriously but this is promising nonetheless! Cant wait!!!!

Yeah I'd be a bit wary of a 5 days exclusive review, but I sure hope it's an actual 9.3 (9.4 at IGN UK) worthy game.

anyways, i already have my copy pre-ordered from play.com, and wouldn't be cancelling it.
it's prince of persia guys, what could they do wrong?!they do tend to be a bit generous with their scores i suppose, but then you need reviewers like them to cancel ones like edge, who are overly and inconsistently harsh.

I've seen the review on IGN (video review), and didn't hear anything positive except for the beautifull art style. On the other hand, the reviewer is pointing out things like 'lack of being able to choose your own dificulty because it's too easy', 'you are always fighting 1 boss at the time, not that it's bad, just different', 'Repetitive quick time events', 'the prince does not evolve throughout the game, so you end with the same prince as you start off with'. If I hear such a review without knowing it's Prince of Persia, I would think: this game must receive a low score. But no: 9.4/10. Knowing that IGN has a 5-day exclusive review, I don't really trust the review and I'm going to wait what Gamespot, 1UP, Gametrailers and other media outlets have to say about the game.
