As you know, this week saw the release of two pretty cool horror games with Little Nightmares and Outlast 2, which allowed us to bring you some nice gameplay footage. Yesterday we were pleasantly surprised to be contacted by GOG for a proposal we just couldn't refuse. Indeed, the DRM free online retailer asked us if we would be interested in running a giveaway for you guys. As we have limited means, it's not always easy to find nice rewards to thank you all for your continuing support, so we did not hesitate. As a result, we have 6 keys to offer (3 for each of the 2 aforementioned games) with no strings attached. All you have to do is tune in on Twitch for our next livestream dedicated to those 2 titles, on Thursday at 8:30 p..m CEST. Cooperating with GOG is, we believe, a good opportunity to reward you with games, so we truly hope we'll be able to do it again in the future. Now, because we don't have much to give them in return, it seems only fair to share with you a few of the exclusive deals going on on GOG these days.
@Melmoth: i'd imagine the player count is what's taken so long. besides MAG on Ps3, and planetside (which is kind of cheating) i don't know of any other game with a 100+ players outside of MMO's. (19 minutes ago)
PUBGs popularity may have come a little too late in the development cycle for the next BF game though, map size really matters. (39 minutes ago)
The first time I played PUBG DICE immediately came to mind as the dev who could potentially full realize the concept. (40 minutes ago)
Battlefield and COD need to take a frigging break for a change, that's what's needed. (57 minutes ago)
just surprised it took so many years for someone to adapt the concept into a game. (1 Hour ago)
@GriftGFX: i haven't played PUBG, but from what i've seen it looks like it's more or less lifted from the movie Battle Royale (which is again based on a novel). Things like having zones and drops. (1 Hour ago)
There's a thread on ERA about PUBG's influence and the origins of the game mode are fairly interesting. BR started in Minecraft. (4 Hours ago)
