Game needs a screenshot function, going to be some really breathtaking vista shots you'd like to record :)

And a record feature like Just Cause 2. With a video editor like GTA IV on the PC. In fact, every game needs a reply editor/uploader.

for such a major release I have to admit i know very little about this game and I never played red dead revolver. But everyone seems so hyped and the commercial i've seen make the game look really fantastic so the hype machine is really starting to catch me in it's claws.

Is this a wild west GTA or something totally different?

Well personally I don't see any need to record "replays", just from time to time there'll be certain views at certain times of day with the sun setting or rising where it'll look really nice :)In a basic way yes it is, at least it's a sandbox western :)

Well after reading the Dark Tower series I always wanted a proper great western game to make you feel like Roland, looks like this might be that game. consider me officially hyped for it.

as you should be :-) I keep hearing the rumblings of them making a TV series out of the dark tower on HBO. It could be really great if done right but not sure as it's SOOO much to cover, but yeah it was easily King's best work IMO. although, i'm usually not a big King fan so take that w/ a grain of salt lol.

I'm even more excited about HBO doing the "song of ice and fire" series from george R. R. Martin's amazingly well done fantasy books. Hands down the best fantasy I have read since the lord of the rings. His characters are so well written I just cannot wait for his next book!

anyhow, hope this game ends up being as great as it seems from what you guys keep showing me.
