Gameplay video of Huxley

It's been quiet about it for some time now, but Huxley was back at an Korean expo a couple of days ago in a playable form on both Xbox 360 and PC. This trailer is now released, showing some PC gameplay - we're not doing it often, but it's a special case with Huxley as there hasn't been that much media released. Will be interesting to see how they sort out the lag, and I wish there would be a little less 'run-and-gun á la Unreal Tournament'.

In the middle of the E3 confusion we missed the availabilty of a brand new trailer for Huxley, and a good one at that. This horrible mistake has now been corrected!

Huxley: Gameplay by Ruliweb

The always excellent but also very slow site Ruliweb had the chance to film a quite long gameplay video of Webzen's Huxley. Here is a local mirror.

Huxley: 12 screens

MMOFPS Huxley returns with a pack of beautiful images. With promise of delivering a multiplayer world were a hundred of players would be able to play together, this korean game is surely exciting.

E3: Huxley trailer

Developed by the korean team of Webzen, Huxley is a MMOFPS using the Unreal Engine 3. Quite impressive I have to say, especially for a game with up to 100 simultaneous player!
Trailer from the PC version.

GriftGFX pfft text! we only care for numbers (17 minutes ago)
  • blmbox
blmbox Yeah, but judging by the content of both reviews, Eurogamer didn't particularly care much for the game anyway. They probably only gave it an 8 to avoid controversy - the review sounded more like a 6. (4 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX 6 to 8 split on Eurogamer, which isn't quite as large but still pretty significant. (5 Hours ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 Yeah sure, but from what console reviews are saying it's perfectly adequate. I mean I'm sure PC is the way to go, but I sincerely doubt we're seeing a 5 to 9 split score wise or anything. (6 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX not that the Xbox version is "that bad" by most accounts either.. there are plenty of people here playing it who adore it.. but the PC game is recieving higher marks across the board (6 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @SimonM7: I doubt that's true too, if other reviews I've read are any indication. The game was designed around an interface that's not represented on the Xbox.. (6 Hours ago)
  • SimonM7
SimonM7 I doubt PC and 360 scores would differ much in EDGE, they simply don't fancy it. DA on the 360 is fine as long as you like the underlying game. (6 Hours ago)
