Page 1 2 3 4 >>Game looks great, all stuff we've seen before though. I love the map being a real game object in front of you. Reminds me a bit of Alone in the Darks new system. Not sure which came first.
Though, I will never forgive him for not accepting my friend request on Xbox live! Damn you and your Bolton accent! :(
As for the game, looks 'tres' pretty. ;)
Instincts was okay, but it was a shell of the original Far Cry on PC (in terms of gameplay mechanics and complexity). Far Cry 2, as per its development philosophy, definitely looks to bring back the glory of the first game, and not in a dumbed-down, consolized or simplified format.
You know which version of the game this is?
It's the 360 version.
Yep.
Can't wait to see the system requirements. It's quite framey in this video and I can only imagine that they're running on a pretty high end rig.
Game looks very impressive graphically..
Actually if anything, Far Cry 2 looks to expand greatly on both Crytek's efforts (Far Cry 1 and Crysis). An actual truly open world game with far more gameplay mechanics than shooting and riding vehicles...
I like the idea of an open world FPS and it looks like the tech is there. But it's so far and away from every version of FC I've ever played, I wonder why they even bother calling it that.
