WOW. that was brilliant. Did you see how fluid it was but what cought my attention more is the grass animation in the video. Absolutely INCREDIBLE.

Yeah, that kinda bothers me though, it's a bit too fluid to be true.

But, fingers crossed this is for real, that would be incredible indeed...

Of course it won't look like that in the game. They're showing you the mo-cap actor, it's just one long animation. In the real game they'll have to take pieces of that and try to blend them together smoothly depending on what actions the character does.

That said, the scene looks amazing even if you take the guy out of it. With the grass, the trees, and even what looks like shadows from clouds moving across the ground. Wow!

Not very realistic though is it. Hes wearing like atleast 70lbs worth of armour a sword that must be atleast 10lbs +.

Either way nice animation i suppose.

Yeah, good point indeed.
I guess that's what bothers me most about most games; Not the animations persé, but the transitions between these animations.
Damn, I'm dying to see some actuall in-game footage of this baby...
