I wont judge the graphics yet as it's stilll early but I have to say I wasnt impressed unfortunately. things could still change so we'll see

Well after Tekken 5 DR I didn't expect them to take a big leap in the graphics department. It does look improved though, but not by leaps and bounds. Of course, nothing close to the E3 05 trailer ;)

Still its Tekken, so people will buy it regardless. No worries, just announce SC4 and I will be happy. I'll give this a rent so I can at least be able to match up when I go over to friends houses who are Tekken Nuts.

It's like your stole my post. Well, I'll probably buy it--but who knows--I actually don't own a single Tekken game. Wish I bought the collection for PS2, that would have been nice to own. Not a big fan, but it's a worthy entry to the genre and I wouldn't mind supporting it just for that.....

Now bring on Soul Calibur 4. :)

Yup, I only bought Tekken Tag(actually enjoyed that one alot) and Tekken 4, the rest all rents. Depending on when this comes out will probably decide from a buy or rent. If it comes out this year, a buy would be more reasonable--given the lack of fighting games on the PS3 this year.

But like you, I'm truly waiting for SC4. The day that is announced will also be a holy day. Also, I wonder how that SC movie is coming along or if it still even in development :P

Director interview(in Japanese) shows some extended footage and what not

*Leo has been confirmed to female by the director. Hmmm....Not sure? We'll see. The very idea that this has been a hot topic all over the net is a tad perturbing.

*Leo's martial art style is similar to Akira's in VF but with her own original style added.

*Leo is also similar to Paul(Paul's daughter??) and was made to attract people who are new to the franchise.

*There will be more than 2 new characters. I think I saw one of them in the promotional trailer and it appears to be another girl who has a fighting style that resembles Lion from Virtua Fighter.

*Was that Lei in the trailer? Sure looked like it to me.

*Stages will be very different from previous tekken and will have lots of strategic usage.

*Customization is going to be a huge part of the game.

*Characters will obviously receive new moves and new motions to make the game feel fresh.

*I've heard the game is right now only 15% which I think is somewhat believable
