Rumour: Free DLC for Crackdown

Rumour claiming to have details on planned new content for Realtime Worlds' Xbox 360 game Crackdown has surfaced on the 'net.

Reported on website msxbox-world.com, the rumour comes via its forum, where a poster says "An un-named source who I have no doubt in trusting has revealed to me that Crackdown is set for some new content."

The poster goes the content "is possibly going to be free" and will include "things like vehicle impounding (taking marked cars back to agency); street racing vs. AI controlled cars, extra equipment, new agent outfits and a number of new mini games."

Sounds interesting, having only killed the first gang so far though i am not that far into the game but vehicle impounding would be cool, even cooler would be if the vehicle impounded changes with the driving skill. Maybe gangvehicles do change? Havent noticed it though :P

Doesn't Crackdown only have 900 points? If so then the content will be free.

They have said from the start that there would be DLC which had the other 100 gamer points .

And they said it would be free because of the 100 missing points, no big deal... I was kind of hoping we'd see another gang...

Now it can 350points. I think they should give us ability to make replays and uploading them, I would love to see what other crazy people made in world of Crackdown.

Yeah, this isn't news really. They've said for ages there would be DLC and 100gamerpoints would come with the free DLC.
