Kane & Lynch on PS3 - good indication!

The fact that Kane & Lynch is coming to the PS3 indicates a change in stance on the PS3's viability this early in its life cycle. After previously having excluded the PS3 in the game's release plans the company now says the console is rapidly becoming a worthwhile investment.

One can only speculate that its surprisingly strong sales - despite ambiguous reports of demand not meeting supply - contributed to this in itself rather surprising change of heart.

Yup absolutely. The machine is a fantastic piece of hardware and once the price drops, it'll be an excellent value for money and publishers certainly know that. I am sure all games will go multiplatform, it's just the obvious thing to do.

I am worried about the Wii not getting any attention though. Nintendo should keep things spiced up for their ambitious kit because I am honestly worried about publishers not giving it their full attention if a bit of it at all!! all we've seen so far are crappy ports and no announcements of any new IPs. A shame, a real shame!

Well, EA is devoting an entire division to just Wii games, and a lot of smaller european devs are going 100% Wii too, so I'm sure there's nothing to worry about there. The DS had a slow start too, with even more rubbish games than the Wii.

Jesus. I actually BOUGHT Asphalt GT. The Worst Game I Have Ever Owned In My Life.

Seriously, the slow cars in that game weren't slower. They just SLOWED DOWN THE ENTIRE GAME, and I'm not even kidding.

the problem with the Wii is that you can't buy it anywhere ( at least in the Netherlands ) i heard it's in other countires to, Nintendo should get there act straight.... the rumors go they are waiting for the next fisical year. There are people still waiting while the ordered it back in december......not good Nintendo.
