I am never disappointed with Kojima's trailers. An actual gameplay demonstration would be even greater.

Well I've always felt that watching MGS being played isn't terribly exciting. It's a surprisingly videogamey game once you control Snake, and I just don't think a gameplay demonstration will be particularly interesting at all.

Well, it could be *interesting*, but people will rip it apart for not looking exciting enough... which.. we all know MG games don't.

Same can be said for jRPG and stuff.

I think he means gameplay like, what the game looks like while you're playing it, rather than scripted sequences.

Perhaps someone is actually playing Snake during some of those sequences.. but it's not like, the gameplay perspective, HUD and all that.

I see what your saying. Yeah, it would be nice. Im sure we'll see it at E3. Unless the game is going the "No HUD" route like several next gen games have done already.
