Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)
Loakum By FAR, the upcoming Game of Thrones King’s Road was the Game of the Show! It plays like God of War Ragnarok! :) (> 3 Months ago)

Let's get how awesome this two part movie series fucking is out of the way. Okay, so when it originally came out in 1997 I wasn't old enough to appreciate who Frank Miller was, let alone get my parents to buy me the book even if I'd known it existed.
Fast forward through the last decade and I still never got around to it despite it being touted as one of the best Batman graphic novels of all time. And from devotees this animated series is as good if not better.
I loved it. In fact, I loved it more than all of Chris Nolan's films combined.
I was hooked at Part 1 -- a grizzled and absolutely exhausted Bruce Wayne becomes Batman once again despite a federal order to disappear to destroy a militarized Mutant horde of street thugs. Peter Weller is perfect for the battle worn Bat and has some incredible lines delivered flawlessly. "And I'm not done yet. You're never finished with me" is a chilling line and sentiment for a Batman that's gotta be pushing 60 and taking on foes that he'd struggle with in his hayday.
I don't wanna give too much away, but in Part 2 as you can see Batman and Superman go head to head in a thrilling fisticuffs brawl. I never would have thought it'd been as fairmatched as it was even with Batman in an Iron Man suit and Superman -- well I don't want to spoil what precedes the fight.
Go watch it. Now. Right now.
Seriously, his design is perfect. He's an older, bulkier Batman who seems to have put on 10lbs of muscle for every year of retirement.
I'll take this Batman driving a tank and grabbing thugs through concrete walls any day.
I prefer the The Dark Knight style the best, light armor look.

What he looks like out of the armor:
This IS the best Batman book I've ever read personally. The art is amazing too. The fact DC allowed this to be made is pretty crazy since it's so violent.
Then again I haven't read The Killing Joke, which is supposed to be tops. Or Long Halloween.

You prefer a cinematic slaughterfest over a well constructed intelligent game, or what you've seen in movies that are a mere shadow to it's comic book predecessors.
Granted you might not be young, but that's how it seems
I prefer the light and slim looking armor thats all, if you have another design you like then good for you, doesnt give you the right to start calling out on people for it.

But then again i have never liked tights or heavy armored designs ever.
Was that about Call of Duty 4? I'm pretty sure it was actually about every game ever.
Real Madrid C.F. fan.
Nolan's Batman would have to do the same thing if he were to fight Superman otherwise he'd get shamed.
I definitely recommend picking the book up Sath. It's an awesome read.
Also it's some of the best visuals to ever grace a Batman book. It's the precursor to the Sin City art.
Back on topic though. I've only seen snippets of TDKR #1. I need to catch up and get to this sequel too. I'm really really curious to see how they handle the Joker.
Doesn't look quite as creepy as the comic, but it is animated after all
And even though he's all done up in his Superman-busting armour, he still moves infinitely better than Bale in his outfit.
