Yep delgado that doesn't surprise me one bit. A lot of people have been ranting and raving over Bayonetta. I'm sure it's going to look pretty incredible once we have the opportunity to see it in action.

Yea Jolli that part does sound exciting. I'm already trying to imagine how cool that scene looks.

This new area takes place on part of a broken clock tower in free fall through what appears to outer space; winged enemies surround the heroine, and the air is thick with more particle effects than I've ever seen in any game before. The pyrotechnics ramp up as the platform falls farther and farther; soon you see giant robotic snakes falling through the air, and eventually, you end up facing off against a gigantic boss while standing more or less to the side of the screen rather than the bottom.

Notably, this new level shows off a new character who seems to be an ally of heroine Bayonetta, standing by her side and fighting along with her all the way through. Sega representatives tell us this partner won't be a playable character -- and that we shouldn't expect co-op in the game -- but she does seem likely to factor heavily into the plot, and we'll be interested to see how much she will help in combat over the course of the game and if other helper characters will also appear in the game.

What's our take? How can you not like a game that has a level three called "Purgatorio" and a level five named "Paradiso"? Sure, there's a chance that the game could be too over-the-top for its own good, becoming so busy that at a certain point you no longer keep track of everything happening on the screen, but the new level shown at Games Convention looks incredibly good. I liked Bayonetta a lot when I saw it at E3, but now I'm convinced that it's going to be a big deal.

I LOVE demons vs angels concepts and Bayonetta seems to have that style to it, which is very cool.

One thing I don't like about the games design is the main character itself...looks, weird, but it also looks very unique and awesome

If they wanted a badass female they should have looked at DMC2's Lucia, or the character from BulletWitch, they look very cool.

But these guys are the makers of DMC, so I am anticipated for this title...now we just need gameplay, which I am sure TGS is the event for some of that.
Even now I am sure the gameplay is gonna be one freaking fast combat with power ups, which is gonna be awesome.

That, and it has blood when doing critical hits, like heads getting blowned up...according to the CG trailer anyway.
And watching the teaser now, again...awesome and stylish.

Yeah. My main problem is the hair though. It just looks ridiculous, like 70s hairstyle ridiculous.

I kind of agree with Ron, she looks terrible right now...but then again i have the feeling that it might be a character that doesn't look as bad after you've finished the game. She might grow on you.

Yup I didn't like the design much myself when I first saw it, but I am quite liking it now.
