Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)
Loakum By FAR, the upcoming Game of Thrones King’s Road was the Game of the Show! It plays like God of War Ragnarok! :) (> 3 Months ago)

I have read before that the game runs better on Windows 8. Should I make the switch from 7 or is not worth it?
Any idea how a single 760 would perform on this?
I didn't get a chance to test it with a single card, but I have to imagine if you're still playing @ 1080p/60hz that a single GTX760 will be fine. Windows 8 does have performance benefits, but they also fixed a lot of the initial W7 issues. You do not need to upgrade, but if you do, you may have a somewhat smoother experience. The DirectX 11.1 stuff is apparently no joke. Optional. Worth it? Hard to say. I'm keeping 8.1.
SLI performance improved over BF3, especially in W8. This is largely thanks to the game's built in super sampling. I was rendering it internally @ 125%. Ultra settings, no AA. 100 FOV. 80-90ish FPS. Great image quality.
If you get another one.. I'd read about G-SYNC and consider a G-SYNC monitor in the future. 120hz/144hz monitors have sorta been made obsolete by Nvidia's new kit.
That will be my next gaming purchase.

I will consider Windows 8 if I can get it on a good price. Probably will be the case from now on that games will perform better on W8, so I might just upgrade to be ready for it.
EDIT: Have you check reviews on the R9 290X?

If the price is 550$, Nvidia should drop their price soon.
Remember: 760 SLI is Titan fast and $500 too :)
Without a similar solution to g-sync I can't even be bothered to think about AMD. Not even a little. A proprietary API isn't making up that difference.

G-Sync impression via DICE:
Following the G-SYNC demo, Johan simply said, “Our games have never looked or played better,” adding, “G-SYNC just blew me away!”

Oooh, Profound, isn't it?
Sometimes, I think Demize is just fucking evil.
Grift posting gifs is genuinely hilarious!
I have only be able to play just for 5 minutes. I wasn't able to touch video configuration, but everything set on high on auto, I was getting +70FPS on those 5 minutes I play, and that with not the recent drivers from Nvidia on Windows 7. When I get back from work I will do much better testing with better drivers.
Even with everything set on High the game looks great.
I finally did plenty of testing on my system and for me it goes to all places. There are maps that on everything on ultra without AA the FPS varies between 60 and 80, no problem, but other maps like the Shanghai map it goes between 20 and 100 like crazy, and some of the areas where I get those low FPS don't even have that much graphical effects, and this sometimes happen even on medium settings. This is a mess. I'm definitely gonna upgrade to Windows 8 to see if I can get better stability there.
