Since 8 DaysTwo electric linear brakes (https://www.oyostepper.es/category-194-b0-Actuador-lineal-el%C3%A9ctrico.html) are simultaneously lifting a long frame, but one brakes tens of milliseconds later than the other, causing the frame to tilt.
I checked the actuator response and found it to be consistent. The problem lies in the brake's built-in position detection switch, which has a dispersion of tens of milliseconds. This delay is amplified by the lever. I asked the manufacturer to select a matching pair, but they said they can't achieve microsecond-level synchronization.
I'm seeking advice on whether there's a way to add an external linear encoder to achieve closed-loop compensation for the braking timing, or to directly replace it with a backlash-free wedge self-locking mechanism? Tightening it again might ruin the entire frame.
Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
