Looks absolutely fantastic!
Colorful, awesome main character design, awesome flame weapon, very smooth animation with great looking combat and weight to the character.

This definitely could be my right up with NG as my favorite.
The character was just too awesome, a mix between Ryu and Dante.

Seriously I freaking LOVED it!

Adding it to my must buy list definitely :D

Then you have learned what makes a good "hack and slash" game :)
The combat has to have weight, smooth animations, good hit detections.
They can have good story, visuals, art but if the combat isn't there then there is no point.

The only thing that I need to know is how responsive the controls are?
If Kojima is involved then I have no doubt that it will be very good.

So lets see, NGS2, Lords of Shadow, GOW3 is a must buy for me. Now only if they showed gameplay of Dante's Inferno then its all good.

I want a 720p of this trailer so I can save it on my PS3 :D

Crikey. Patrick Stewart? Robert Carlyle? Natasha Mcelhone? That is quite possibly the best cast ever for a video game.

As for the game itself: stylised visuals; an absolutely fantastic main character design; fluid combat (by the looks of it); and an epic sense of scale. Without really wanting to know anything about Lords of Shadow, I am now incredibly interested.

There aren't enough really good hack 'n' slash games around really.

Im 100 % agree with everything you said in your first post Sath,this could end up being my favorite too of bext year action games I liked even more than God of War 3 that pales in comparison to this IMO.

It looks surprisingly good considering the developer.. but it still doesn't look very Castlevania. I don't see how people can like this more or less than anything based off of what we saw though. Seriously.. that trailer only teases us with gameplay. There's no assurance that we're getting a great game.

Well the combat is there in the trailer,the bosses are there too and they are huge and awesome,the music are there too and its fantastic,Patrick Stewart is there too so in the voice department its a win,and it will be and open world,there will be a kojipro colaboration so the story may be awesome if we look at MGS3 (I didn't play 4).

Thats the ingredients of a great game I think.

I agree with you. The gameplay looks good very good, at least better then the previous 3d versions. I want to know more about the story and see the atmosphere of the game before I'm going to say this is a better Castlevania then before.

Nothing exciting at all, but amazing music!

But this one is amazing, combat looks great and the music is just one of the top ones i have heard.

Dante's Inferno got nothing on this game seriously, nothing.
Sure its pretty cool, but Castlevania has that instant impact in the combat, voice, animation and visuals that grabs you in.

But I don't care, I am gonna buy both, I LOVE this genre :D

Óscar Araujo seems to be the composer for this game...well his name is now in my head and it stays there for future OST source :P

This is insta buy and I agree that DI has nothing on this,Dante's Inferno based in the latest gameplay videos not so sure anymore and Bayonetta was insta buy even before I saw gameplay as well as Darksiders.

Frikin awesome year for 3rd person adventure/action games I cant wait.
