Well yeah I know that now...I just hate it why they make the 360 dark by default...ah well, I guess these dark looking games will have to be adjusted then with gamma option on both Ps3 and 360.
PS3: Killzone 2 - MGS4 - Uncharted - Haze - DMC4 - Dark Sector - God of War 3
360: Mass Effect - Assassin's Creed - DMC4 - Ninja Gaiden 2 - Too Human - Fable 2 - Resident Evil 5
But yeah, I turn up the brightness on nearly all of my 360 games that have gamma options in the menu, because they're almost always too dark.
Condemned was shitty dark, sure it build something good and all, but I rather have it a bit bright to see something infront of me rather having it so damn dark that its crazy.
Although having it a bit dark and combine it with abit light just so you can see where you are going on, its all good.
I have to keep in mind these kind of games means Gamma option is your friend :)

Yes the 360 is always dark, and that was horrible when i used to play it on a PC CRT monitor, because games like PGR3 without a color setting were unplayable in certain cases (the dawn or night tracks).
Now with a LCD it is much better, i just wish there were a system setting for Gamma, or better, Brightness Contrast Saturation
Like I really liked the demo, the art...etc. but I don't know how much of it I can stand.
I liked the gameplay, art, music, tensity...etc. but as far as FPS goes for this year I will go for Haze, if not The Orange box as well for HL2 games.
That and I need to save money, considering its almost October, and the next month Mass Effect and Assassins Creed is coming out, so I REALLY have to go into my "priority mode" and critical money decisions to see what to get or rather, whats really worth my money.
If I had enough money I would pick up like H3, Jericho, The Orange Box, BioShock, COD4...etc. but I don't, so yeah.
But I will play the demo couple of more times and then gotta delete it.
*Fucking hate to be broke!*

It's only so very slightly and most ppl wouldn't even notice, but it's there.
I'd say ps3 version goes anywhere between 30-27 where as 360 is a solid 30 fps
Marumaro for the WIN !!
You can see it well when your looking at the character animations.
What i meant was see the difference in a 30th of a second, to say "oh yes that had 3 missing frames"
But then even so i doubt i would even notice a 3 FPS drop as im quite care free like that.... (some might say blind :P)
Marumaro for the WIN !!
Very few games this gen have had 100% solid framerates anyway.

Anyway, even slight frame drops are noticeable, even a few frames per second. If they weren't, you probably wouldn't know that most games this generation don't have solid framerates anyway :P
Also, given the fixed refresh rates of most displays we use today, I don't think 27fps would look that smooth anyway. Regardless, it's pointless to continue this as newbielives pulled that number out of the hat and admits that it's a total guess/estimate. The point is simply that he observed frame drops in the PS3 version, which isn't hard to believe at all.
the reason people dont like the idea of 30fps is becasue its so very close to going below acceptable levels if it isnt locked. whereas at 60fps it has to drop quite a lot before anything REALLY noticable happens. personally i couldnt care less as long as its locked or at the very least, stable. halo 3 doesnt have a locked framerate and does dip below those acceptible levels, but it only does it once in a blue moon so im fine with it.
I was just wondering when does it supposed to hit shelves?
