I think this is going to be my GOTY, the game is way too good! I love the multiplayer and the single player was the best I have played in years. Crytek is on a solid patch now...their games keep improving big time! Crysis 2 >> Crysis > Crysis Warhead >>>>>>> Far Cry :P

I tried to capture some 3D footage of Crysis 2 and Fraps or something ruins it. I don't think it's because I use the trial version since it worked with other games. If I ever get recording to work I'll send it here.

Finished it.

Pretty much the best FPS I played in years.

Started imediatly in Super Soldier, its not too bad, I beated a couple of levels.

about pc multiplayer, I ran into the most hilarious server today (i think it was called BOOM BOOM BOX or something along those lines) anyway the admin was telling others to stop shooting (lol)....noticed em all camping by the relay (both attackers and defenders) picking and dropping the relay while hoarding a TON of points man. The attackers get points for picking and dropping the relay while the defenders get points just for standing by the relay station. I ranked up by 4 levels in 20 mins while loling continuously

I don't like 'nade launchers in most games. There's something very unsatisfying about gettings kills by haphazardly firing near somebody. Noobs can keep that shit.

They're like, especially offensive in COD. Battlefield noob tubes are basically a necessity on the other hand, as it's the only thing that really gives assault an upper hand over other combat classes.

i like the granade launchers in the BC games because you can destroy buildings with it. i never use it to blast people with it. and im a big noob because im not playin that often online. and whats the deal with gamers that grind their online lvl? thats really pathetic if you ask me. oh well good to know their are bigger noobs then me :)

Anyone still playing this? The last patch was really good, it seems hackers have moved on to other games and the SSAO optimization yeilds 45-60 FPS even on extreme with tons of stuff going on. This is the most optimized PC game ever, really great work by Crytek.

I like the multiplayer, its pretty damn awesome most of the time

I havent played it for like 1 month, or maybe a bit longer.

I did read they released a new patch with actual advanced graphical options.
I will update it if true to see what more i can push out of the game.

But yes I agree, Crysis 2 on PC is one of the best optimized PC games I have ever played, I am surprised how I can run on Advanced options and it still looks damn good and runs around 40-50fps, very nice.

The MP...I dont know if I can get into anymore, the whole cloakking/armor + camping bothers me sometimes.
Who knows maybe my mood will change and I get into it again.

PS. Waiting for Rage to be released!

My copy has broken since the latest big patch. I can now only play if it pick a mission from the menu and start it new. If I try and load a save the game just crashes and says "Crysis 2 has stopped working". This happens every time I play the game. Very annoying.
