Oh well, can't win them all I guess. You can see there the player's car is easy to spot, and that is in photomode, there's absolutely no way in hell that wouldn't apply to gameplay--in fact, I think in gameplay, not even the player's car will have a fully visible interior. So we saw that gameplay with the BMW in the F1 GP track in gameplay with totally visible interior, and interior shadowing. Either that had to change, or it only applies when you are the only car on track (time trails, etc). Ha! Anyways, I never fully believed it, so I'm not very disappointed, it was too good to be true with all these other stuff going on.
Strange, I have seen shots where the windows were not tinted, and yes, there were multiple cars on screen

Just Epic.. We're getting close to not being able to tell the difference between a real photograph and the game..

FM5 on a nextgen Xbox will be even more insanely real looking I bet.. Or GT6 on the PS4..

Just played the demo.. Really like it, although maybe a little bit to much alliasing in some parts.. And why no option to turn the (crap) ingame music off?!?

My word this game is awesome! The physics, oh the physics, It feels so natural! Probably for the first time (Atleast on consoles) I've ever played a racing sim that feels like i'm driving a real car. They have nailed the tyre and suspension physics, the handling of the cars have a high degree of authenticity far beyond any other console racing sim I've played. In fact, i'd go as far as saying the physics are approaching top tier PC sim territory! Another thing that stands out is the sheer sense of speed, that Zonda C is blazing fast and sounds majestic! They've also implemented a very nice suspension judder effect when driving at high speed.

Graphically, well, this is the best looking racing game I've played on any platform. The cars and tracks are equally incredibly detailed and the new lighting engine is just sublime! It's also wonderfully polished, with zero vsync/framerate issues and no signs of graphical glitches as far as I can tell. Everything just seems to have had a substantial facelift, from the exterior damage to the beautifully crafted cockpits and i am shocked by what they have managed to achieve in under 2 years!! Turn 10 have outdone themselves yet again!

I'm very impressed by the demo. Immediately switched all assist off to see how the cars behave and I'm quite impressed. Especially liked how you could feel the different typed of tires, especially on that muscle car. Cars feel very much alive. Graphics are good as well, and I don't particularly mean the cars, but the additional texture filtering helps the road textures a lot.

So i spent about an hour playing in the demo last night just testing out the physics and the car's feel, did about a 100 handbrake turns! as it just felt and reacted spot on :)

Dose anyone know if it has any splitscreen coop?

It definitely feels better! I haven't felt so much feedback from the car, or the feeling of being in a physical car were you can feel what's going on since the PGR series. Everything from the torque steer on the Cougar and feeling the tires grip/slip on the road with all assists off is phenomenal. It really feel like your sitting in the car. Awesome work.

Exactly, that other racing game doesn't give you enough feedback....like....wtf?!

Anyways, not many people mentioned it, but this is a huge PLUS for me--replays! Please! I hope all tracks have replays as good as what we see in the demo after finishing the race. So awesome, so smooth. This game is going to be great.

He should turn off assists- Changes everything. He says it plays pretty much exactly like FM3, but he's running all assist :P Awesomeness...
