That looks scarier/creepier than anything in any of the previous Halo games... by far.
The flood. That's probably the hand of the Doom 3 art direction. You can see it a lot in the corridor designs too.

Definitely screams 'Doom 3'. Looks brilliantly creepy though, a vast improvement on Bungie's designs.

The old flood designs are awesome.



The Covenant flood in Halo 1/2/3 are a little less interesting.. but I still think that's overstated. Just like everything else about this game.

Yep, Blue Team was more or less confirmed to show up in FUD by Frankie ages ago. Someone asked about Blue Team and Frankies response was that they should watch Forward Unto Dawn. Not bad at al. That seems appropriate for Kelly.

I loved when Kelly kicked that Spartan III chick's ass when she tried to come at her. Kurt had to step in quickly to stop Kelly from whooping that ass. However, Linda might be a bigger favorite of mine over even Kelly, because Master Chief seems to have a genuine fear of how deadly Linda is with a sniper rifle. It's a great deal of respect, naturally, but I think it mentioned in one of the books that she's one person who he would never wish to be on the opposite side of.

My respect for Linda skyrocketed completely when she pulled those amazing upside down sniper rifle kills by ricocheting bullets off different spots in the environment so her position couldn't be pinpointed. She was holding onto a rope with one hand, and holding the sniper rifle with the other. Doesn't get much more badass than that. However, I don't believe Linda is in the current Blue Team that should be participating during this mission.

The one map remake 343i was talking about has been leaked..more or less.

It's "Valhalla" from Halo 3. The map is called "Ragnarok" now in Halo 4. One of the new vehicles was also playable. It's the "Mantis".






Infection Mode in Halo 4. The Flood arm acts exactly like the energy sword.

That girl is no doubt hot, but doesn't look ANYTHING like a Spartan. Maybe a Spartan III. They should just fire whoever did the casting for this thing. Waay off. They look like pretty actors, not super warriors. It's like they were cast by someone from Dawsons Creek. The Spartan Females need to be huge and strong looking- maybe even with crew cuts or something. More Vasquez from Aliens less, Buffy the Vampire Slayer :P She just looks akward in that armor :( ... She could play an officer like Miranda Keyes.

Come to think of it, Vasquez should be the average UNSC marine, let alone a Spartan II. Real soldiers don't look like this... still wanna see the show though, lol...

Strange choice. We need lockout in every damn Halo game :D I like Valhalla though! I just don't see it as a stand out classic.

Linda was caused crazy damage in First strike on board that covenant city, I think. Pretty much destroyed it if I remember right... it was a while ago...

Hmm.. is that the view from the killcam? Or is it just spectating a teammate? Not a big fan of the earlier. But I guess when there's a wallhack and potentially a perk that gives away your killer's location it doesn't really matter :D
