Le suivi complet avec l'airmail, ne s'obtient qu'en cas de perte du colis, et donc de dépôt de réclamation auprès des postes (mais c'est longuet).

ps: pas forcément pour les douanes, les chances sont grandes, mais quand même.. (cela dit, je suis chanceux, moi) ^^
