Since 3268 DaysOur TV is blacked out suddenly.
We opened the TV back cover. I found that the backlights are working and the circuits are also not damaged. But still when I switch on there is no image in screen and couldn't check sound as we were not able to navigate.
The service guys reported that the TV Display is gone and you have to buy a new one as the warranty is over. Can you suggest me any other ways to figure out the issue. ?
And one question If the Backlights are working , does that fully mean the Screen is working properly, as you said in the video ????
