I discourage you from playing it. MP in COD4 is great, but the campaign is pure trash. Maybe MW2 will be better in that regard, but I doubt it.

I enjoyed it as well. If you can accept some old school design choices and enjoy "The Rock" style shooters that tell a number of intense stories it is fun. It isn't some benchmark of AI and you have to know how to get past AI drop zones (move forward 10 feet!) but outside of that I had fun because it had a lot of variety, good pacing, and IW does a good job of selling a story. It actually had a story, start to finish, that was told within the same game (gasp!) and had a proper ending even.

That's what made the campaign terrible. The AI is nonexistant and you don't know where is the point where enemies stop respawning until you reach it, which is just bullshit and not fun at all.

Discouraging someone from playing it is just silly though. Millions of people enjoyed the campaign and so maybe, just maybe, Grift will enjoy it too.

Aye it was the best, less shooting more awesome tension.

On a side note: I ordered the UK version of MW2 for just €48, after the cheap ODST I'm a happy gamer. :)
