After watching The Descent i got curious and watched The Descent: Part 2. Why did i do that? It's the same bloody movie, only one million times shittier in every possible way. Some times i wish i had that Men in Black memory eraser thing.

Luckily, I haven't been subjected to the sequel yet.

I don't know...i kind of like the premise. The movie is creepy as all fuck up until about the one hour mark and then the incompetence of the creators shows itself. The ending is also just a huge flip of the bird to the audience. Really too bad, the movie should have been a lot better, but the "less is more" approach is something that very few directors of horror movies seem to grasp.
That's how I felt about Jeepers Creepers. It was pretty good until the monster showed himself...

The idea that a winged monster would drive a shitty truck with a vanity plate was enough to turn me off Jeepers Creepers.

That's how he blends in and "tests" people for his requisites. The Vanity plate, I thought, gives a hint at a bit more depth to the creature- Nothing wrong with that, IMO.
I actually enjoyed the second film, even though it lost all horror aspects( I don't get why horror and humor are so intertwined for these people). The creature looked better, and I thought it was pretty funny. That Bus scene was great( where he's picking people)...

See, to me, it really just came off as an attempt at being creepy by the filmmaker. That's all well and good, but I couldn't get by the sillyness of it.

I found Jeepers Creepers too funny to be considered a horror.

Just watched The Pursuit of Happyness.

Will Smith is such an awesome actor - as is his son in fact. And what a moving story as well. Loved it.

Iron Man 2 - It was good, but i still like more the first one. It had great action, Robert and Rourke being awesome, but don't know felt like something missing. Still good :)

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull - It was okay... Lol at the nuke.

Expendables - Epic! Great movie, my favourite scene was at the Church with Bruce, Stallone and Schwarzenegger. "You should read more". Love it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ly8NgQ7vl_8&feature... :D

And saw Se7en - Holy shit. Masterpiece. It was so good, but at the same time depressing. The ending was just woah!

See, I thought what was missing was great action to be honest. The last bit with Iron Man and War Machine against the awesome-looking robots should have been completely badass, but it was so damn weak. I mean most of the robots got destroyed either by flying into a giant globe or by the stupid laser at the end. Boring!

Seriously you found it okay?
I found it a slap to the face as a big Indiana Jones fan. George Lucas and Steven Spielberg should be publically whipped for that movie.
Fuck that...

I think Iron man 2 had a bad case of sequelitis, The entire movie felt like a pale copy of it's predecessor, less charming characters with less depth to them and the "2 iron mans means double awesome! Durrrr!" mentality, not to mention the much less interesting story. It was passable entertainment, but where the first was a good movie, the second was just a big "meh".

Nah, Crystal Skull is the crappiest fo the four, but while i think perhaps it wasn't brilliant i think the amount of shit it gets is a little excessive. Sure, nuclear fridge was stupid and i don't like the alien bit that much myself but still. . . i wasn't bored while watching it.

Nuts to that. It deserves to get more shit...for being such a shitty pile of shit... yeah.

I was stunned while watching it at how downright horrible it was. Every scene was something more retarded than the last.

I don't know, the Indiana Jones movies have always had lots of campy, stupid stuff in them so naturally there is going to be stuff like that in this one as well. I think people are over-reacting to this, go back and watch the original trilogy, just as much stupid crap going on in them. I agree that Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was clearly the worst of the 4, but not by such a huge gap as many people make it out to be. I was really cheesed off at it at first as well, but the more i think about it, the more i sort of realize taht hell, it's virtually the same stuff as back then but in a new crappier hollywood packaging :P

So I watched Ghostbusters 2. Man, I don't know when I watched it the last time, or if I ever have seen the whole movie ever. There was so much I just didn't remember at all. Was a lot better than I remember it though

The only thing in Indiana Jones I outright didn't like, was the vine swinging bullshit Lebeuf did with the monkeys. That part went too far. Everything else I enjoyed.

Yea I'm with Ron on this one. Indy 4 is just bad, and bad in a way that no previous film in the series has been. I blame George Lucas. I'm almost surprised he didn't take it one step further and completely tie it into the Star Wars mythos. I half expected the crystal skull to be a little glass Yoda head.

That's nothing on Short Round starring in The Goonies, while simultaneously making blatant reference to Gremlins in the same film.

I mean, I also wondered what movie I was supposed to be watching there.
