Not really imo, there's no suspence, only gross scenes of fuckers killing animals. I mean, it's not scary, suspencefull or frightning, just gross. Plain old gross.

its not scary. its not meant to make you jump out of your sit. or blood splashing everywhere. its simple yet realistic. but its horror, and it has message...... concerning cruelty... human cruelty, and what is it to be civilized

for example would eat burgers knowing how cows are slaughtered. what about corporations that take peoples lands kill them in order to get resources?? does that make them more civilized???? are we promiscuous society??? are we different than primitive humans because we live in skyscrapers

its an interesting movie and well made

You aren't even making any sense. It' the definition of horror but it's not scary? Are you trying to say taht it's some bullshitty "look at how horrible society is and how honest and simple and better canibal bushmen are" message and that that somehow makes it a good movie? Call it a commentary on society if you will, it's still a shitty exploitation movie with everything that encompasses. It's not entertaining, it's not smart, it certainly isn't suspencefull or scary and it includes animal cruelty for no other reason than the director being a jackass, which he himself admits. On top of that i can't remember either camera work, acting or direction being distinctively or extraordinarily good in any way.

Personally i think the film "Two cocks in the booty 4" is a masterpiece. It's such a vivid social commentary about our sexuality in general and the view on the opressed female sexuality. A true masterpiece thst really dares to go there with strong symbolism and daring chracterisation. Women who dare to take what they want and are not ashamed of it, holding a mirror up to society like a bold middle finger.

something can be horrifying without being scary..... the things we see on news like darfur genocide thats horrifying, but not necessary scary....

the animal cruelty was not needed that i agree. and about cinematography its how the director wanted to approach it, the acting wat else would you have added

I think you somehoe missed my point. The movie is a shitty exploitation movie, and just like with any damn porn flick (as demonstrated), you can talk a load of BS about it to fool stupid people in to thinking it's a masterpiece. Cannibal Holocuase it nothing but a sensationalist piece of crap, the only reason anyone knows about it at all is not becasue it is a masterpiece, but becasue it was considered controversial back in teh day and got banned in a lot of countries. Now please, let's just drop this pseudo intellectual bs and instead talk about movies that don't suck.

See my beef here lies with trying to justify a mediocre exploitation film as a masterpiece by saying that it's social commentary and that it's good because it deraw your disgust out. Well guess what, i was kind of disgusted with the girl throwing puppies in a river video as well. It too showed how fucked up and retarded people can be and it is not a masterpiece, it's just a stupid, sick movie clip. That some asshat did the same thing in 79 does not mean taht it's more acceptable nor does it mean that it is a masterpiece.

It's a disguisting movie? Yes. Does it highlight that people are sometimes fuckwads? Yes, to some extent. Does that mean it's great? In my opinion no, and you have to do a better job than "It's social commentary" to convince me otherwise. You can add a layer of social commentary to just about anything anyhting without even trying.

Yes, well, both movies bring very valid points to the table and i really enjoy the hinting socioeconomic undertones of the later. Director and writer Quasarman surely shows what subtlety is in this piece.

That aside, i think Gran Torino was pretty good too. One of the better dramas i've seen in recent years, for some reason. Dure it was kind of corny at some points but it was a pretty gripping move all in all. It's also cool to see that Clint still manages to both act and direct at age 78. That's pretty old.

predators - as the movie progress it got more disappointing, if it wasn't for the fact it takes place on another planet by showing the moons, it would have been earth.. wat they did was replace the characters from the original one with new one...... they also have the same guns too, jeez... the new predators are disappointing , wild dogs and bigger uglier predators, stick the original one.... about half the movie became a copy paste of the original

the fights were disappointing, no new weapons (their on their freaking planet for gods sake),

next they gonna milk the cow with a sequel... i dont know what worse T4 or this movie

Just one tip; Don't watch this with your friends and family expecting a feel good movie.
A friend of mine did and he hated the movie.

I watched it with the lights turned off, by myself and I freaking loved it.
