Hangover 2, pretty funny but despratly trys to top the orginal, suffers with common problem of comedy sequals which is "same jokes tweaked to be bigger"

PotC4 really enjoyed it, even though a lot of things did not explain itself, blackbeards boat..zombies on board please explain.. only reason i knew why he was collecting frogs was because the lego game explained it (he puts there poison on his blade)
and the whole jack sparrow speach at the end was.. extremely out of place, jack sparrow does not come accross as the type of person to do a speach.

Saw PotC4 a couple of days ago, didn't particularly like it. The story was easier to follow than 3 but that's about it; the film itself was distinctly average... even Depp's performance was pretty meh in this one.

@ManThatYouFear: What didn't you get about Blackbeard's boat? As for the zombies, it states in the film that Blackbeard can resurrect the dead. Barbosa also makes a comment regarding the poisonous frogs at some point in the movie.

X-Men: First Class.

Really not as good as I would have liked. Supporting characters were weak(figuratively) as hell, and a lot of the action scenes seemed pretty lame. Tons of other flaws too. Wouldn't recommend.

Drag Me To Hell - More hilarious than scary (although that was obviously the intention for the most part)...
Sherlock - Awesome! I've always liked Guy Ritchie's style so I'm not surprised that I liked it so much. Definitely recommend it.

I thought the relationship was handled poorly. While watching it, I couldn't help but think "really...these two are friends... let alone really good friends?"

I agree, I like the actor who played Xavier, very well done.

But overal as a movie...it was decent. If memories serve right, Wolverine Origins was worse lol

I guess it's mildly enjoyable if you can get past the uninspired action, the HORRIBLE secondary characters(a guy who makes tornadoes with his hands, bug-girl, Banshee), and the unbelievable friendship between Xavier and Magneto.

Breaking canon by having Moira McTaggart be a CIA agent instead of a scientist seemed odd, but that's more just an observation than a flaw.

Watched the first half of Caligula yesterday. Weird movie. It's like they wanted to make a porno but never went all the way. Then again i haven't seen all of it yet so maybe i'll have to take that back when i watch the second half :P

Super 8, just absolute brilliant, every second of this movie was just a absolute joy to watch

It is a modern day goonies/Monster Squad, in fact it is most possibly better.. better than goonies anyway
so buying this on bluray, it is officially one of my fave family movies of all time now :D
