It's a full scene from the movie. They talk about it a lot on various sites around the web. Involves a plane ride escorting Bane as a prisoner introducing him for the first time. He's so cool.

Shows the whole action set piece from the film then leads into the trailer showing Catwoman, the new Batman air vehicle, and so on.

Saw MI4. That was one heck of a fun movie. A few minor criticisms(horrible main badguy....poorly conceived and even more poorly used) aside, it had some killer action scenes. Tom Cruise on the outside of the Burj Dubai actually had me sweating a bit.

Also saw the Dark Knight Rises prologue. Meh.

I hope they heed the complaints about Bane being almost unintelligible and fix that shit for the actual movie.

I feel as though Bane is hard to understand in the Prologue on purpose. Seems weird to me that could be something they've overlooked after how well they've handled everything up until now (including the past films and the marketing genius of the last one)

But yeah MI4 was great, but I also wasn't crazy about the main villain. I also thought the actor who played Brandt was greatly underused (he's won the Academy Award I believe for Hurt Locker) and the female team member was terribly cliche and not a very good actress.
It was definitely a great action movie, with killer scenes like the Dubai one you mention.
The last 5 or so minutes was complete garbage though. I wish it never happened.

I really wish the series had stayed more like the 1st Mission Impossible. That one was brilliant.

In regards to Prometheus

Little known fact that I didn't know till I talked to my mom about it.

Mary Shelley's Frankenstein had an alternate title. The Modern Prometheus. It says it in the little write up inside the book.
Might be worth noting for this movie.

i'm still waiting for the day they have the bollox to do something like that..

also, Wb stated there rebooting it after nolan is done so if batman does NOT die.. then i would like to know why the hell there rebooting it.

are people not sick to death of shit rebooting? is it that hard to make a fourth hero movie ?

"some random shit that falls flat on its face"... REBOOT!

just contiune the movies, i dont want to see different versions on how batman becomes the fucking bat and then fight joker *rolls eyes* i want him to carry on and fight the hundreds of other villans that never get a fucking chance, hell about time Bane got some love.. now instead of rebooting and showing us..joker riddler or penguin AGAIN! .. do something else... *looks at spiderman*...sigh..
Unless you kill the bat off of course, that.. changes everything.

I'm fine with reboots. Nolan's world was good for Batman Begins, but for me, it's definitely lost its luster.

They're rebooting it because when Nolan leaves Bale probably goes with him. And honestly I would feel bad for any director trying to pick up Nolan's world and try to live up to what he started.

Look at how many times Batman has been rebooted the last 20 years.
