With that horrible dub job, any sane person would. Hopefully they give us the option on the US version.

Again with the voices lol. I still don't think they are horrible (granted, they aren't good either!)

Then again, after playing Zone of Enders maybe my voice over standards are a bit lower then everyone else. Now that game had bad voice acting! :P

You do if you didn't go through the entire demo just pressing X. There's a difference between a game being shallow and refusing to learn the deeper stuff.

That couldnt be more true, If you press start and look at the command list, You will find a large variety of combos and moves which gets larger depending on what level you are. In Ninja gaiden, you can get quite far by just hitting that X buttton too, but its learning all the other combos that makes the experience great. Theres alot of depth to this game, you just need to start actually 'playing' the game rather than sampling it.

dieing at the end of the level sucks, if i had the full game it would probably take me 2 months to finish it cuz i dont wanna do the same level all over again... but does anyone know if there is a combo that affects the towers with bowmen in them. cuz the only way i could kill those thing was with the spuer attack

Just keep hitting them with regular attacks and they will eventually go down. :)

@ Lebato, obviously, you can't just close your eyes and expect to d fine by pressing X since you.........um.................didn't beat the level!

Maybe that's why you didn't like the game, you had your eyes closed the entire time? =P

Now I'm not being nearly as harsh on N3 as some--it seems like a fun little game--but please don't compare the combat to Ninja Gaiden! Sure, there are combos--but what he's implying has some reason to it--this *IS* a button masher..you won't be very successful AT ALL (even through the first level on normal) in NG just mashing X.

And from what I hear the game doesn't exactly get much better..so why all the high praise from a rather short and untelling demo?

I played it some more. I looked at the combos thoroughly and figured out the whole orb collection thing and what I'm expected to do there.

I must say I think it's tons of fun. It's not terribly different from Dynasty Warriors and KUF, but the combo/orb system gives it a sense of direction and momentum, and the lack of cumbersome strategy elements give me a sense of not-bored. The sensation of hopping up in the air and tunneling myself into an ocean of enemies is felt in my knees right now, and it gives me an urge to go back and play it again. I've finished the demo three times now though, and despite my innermost hoping that the game will continue after "Mission Completed", alas - it never does.

To be truthful, after the first playthrough of the demo I even let the notion that I might not buy this into my head. I will though, I so will.

The voice acting is still terrible though, so give me the original voice track and I'm set.

Someone (Jin?) said that Mizu's games have traditionally been pretty basic, and that the real *meat* (if you can call it that) is in the visuals, the music and the design. He's right, I agree wholeheartedly. The level design in this demo is fairly shite, and it actually goes some way to prove that if you enjoy what's on offer here, I imagine the full game will boggle some mind-esque things in your noggin.

Please don't compare this game to Ninja Gaiden, that's extremely insulting.
NG is anything BUT a button masher, anyone who says it is, hasn't played the game properly...

As for this game, I gave it a try and have to admit it was kinda fun at first, killing all those enemies, but after a while it just get's boring, but I'm not a hack & slash fan anyway, mind you.
I think I got ever so slightly framedrops here and there, but nothing worth mentioning really, not saying they're not there, just haven't encountered any.
Graphics are far form impressive, nothing worth noting.

I definitely don't follow n3 THAT much lol not even close, but sakaguchi's 360 titles? Yep. It was my first time ever playing it as well that troll didn't pose a threat at all.

TheDud des ombres douces, c'est assez zinzin. je pense que les passages en foret font être fou. le seul hic pour moi : la route pavée dans les villages qui a pas un très bon rendu (compression de la video ?) (il y a 5 Heures)
TheDud les decors, on voit des cascades avec de beaux rochers, une vegetation superbe, des arbres avec une vraie belle ecorse et un eclairage fou (les arbres qui filtrent la lumiere et projettent (il y a 5 Heures)
TheDud je trouve les anim ratés en effet mais les visages paradoxalement hyper bien modelisé avec un magnifique sub surface scaterring et un bel "eclairage-hero" sur chaque PNJ. et que dire du plus important (il y a 5 Heures)
GTB Comme le dit drift, sur les visages ont est pas sur le haut du panier. Mais ça reste très joli et j'ai toujours très hâte d'y jouer :). (il y a 6 Heures)
GTB @TheDud: Parfois on est vraiment pas sur la même longueur d'ondes :p. Techniquement je suis plutôt déçu, c'est plusieurs crans en dessous des traliers d'ily a 2-3ans. (il y a 6 Heures)
