If it were F2P i can guaranteed you I'd spend way more than $60 on it, so I'm very happy with the price tag. I've dropped $250-300 easy on Heroes of the Storm skins and heroes.

I'm happy with the route they're taking, but I think there are good points on both sides of that discussion. I hope they aggressively price it in the long term. It think that could help too. Look at CS:GO. That $15 price point is magic.

Lowering the price and selling loot crates in the future would generate a lot of scratch.

I love F2P. I just don't love when it gets in the way of the game. Mechanically, DirtyBomb is still one of my favorite new shooters, but it's definitely harmed by the payment model. I think CliffyB made a comment about how it can get in the way of designing the game when they announced LawBreakers would also be pay-to-own. Free-to-play creates as many new obstacles as it does opportunities. I'm more confident in Blizzard's approach.

Also.. can't wait to try LawBreakers.

Over the 3 years i played LoL i spent something like that on heroes and skins as well. But i mean, for a game you play daily for a long time...it's not htat bad. Anyone who played an MMO is just as bad :)

I really do love free to play, and I really do appreciate that other people make it possible. I'm not unwilling to spend $$$ on F2P stuff, but I have never spent that much on a single F2P game. I think some games price themselves out of the game for me, but they're obviously hunting for whales :)

Example: Path of Exile. I would buy a ton of stuff for that game if it were cheaper.
