Really, really want to play this. As a fan of Arc's franchises of Guilty Gear and Blazblue (with the exception of it's sequel).
I'm excited to play this one!

Both the Japanese and English audio tracks are full of character, and the soundtrack is toe-tappingly infectious. I'm singing “Reach Out to the Truth” in the shower. Badly.

Imminently playable without sacrificing depth or complexity. Seamlessly blends many mechanics from the RPG into a frantically paced fighter that anyone can enjoy.

One of the most comprehensive story modes to grace a fighter, plenty of modes, and a solid online experience will keep this in your system for a while.

And that's the real hook, the strange alchemy that transforms a deep, rewarding RPG into an equally deep and rewarding fighting game. To watch or play a fight in Persona 4 Arena is to behold the impossible. It weaves the majesty and imagination of one of the best role playing franchises of all-time into the snarling bravado of a one-on-one brawler so effortlessly, one wonders why it's never been done so well until now. If you count yourself as a fighting game fan, but have always harbored an irrational aversion to “anime fighters”, now is the time to get over it. Persona 4 Arena is the genuine article. Miss it at your own peril.


According to Gamespot the online play is more solid on PS3 than Xbox360 with same region and other region opponents.

I am mainly interested because of the story mode.. I want to know what's happening in the persona world. Although the game looks very good otherwise too. Fuck europe, we are probably getting this next year or something.

Arc System works games never get a good response on this board. There are no fans of Guilty Gear or Blazblue here really.

Seems Namco are at least trying to get the community in to the actual game with TTT2. Saw today that they actually got the Level Up Your Game guys to make a basic tutorial for it and they posted it on their own youtube channel. More of that kinda shit for all fighters pls :P

I used to love fighters as a kid, but as the years have rolled by, they have lost allot of their appeal to me.
