Ok, I still can't get any of this "pipe bombs". Someone told me I can buy them at the store, but the only thing I can buy at the store is a handgun, WTF?!
Did you use the triggers to scroll the weapons categories?

If that doesn't work, then maybe you have to complete 1 or 2 missions first..

LoL, you have to do the first mission first then come back, press the left trigger on the 'buy' menu :D

In the shop look to the top of the screen and you'll see an items bar.
scroll left and right using triggers for different things, Guns, Knives, bombs etc!
Now get to it man ;)

you have to rank up before pipe bombs are available. I think you have to do at least part of the missions before pipe bombs become available at the store.

I think you cna also just get respect by committing various crimes and they become avialable, but I'm not sure.

i like the game...but i hate the way cars vanish infront of u,really takes away from the game,also the maximum amount of characters allowed on screen at any 1 time is laughable....ill still buy it doh

Vanishing cars was a bug* and I've had a lot of character on screen at once. Try getting a three star cop/gang rating and running around near the church, you'll get plenty of assistance from Saints.

I like getting 3 Stars on the gangs, usually only get about 2 guys in a car come at you but at this one point im not sure if it was a bug but i had a carload (4) of the wheelers gang members jump out and lay waste to me n my comerade in arms.

I also dont like it when say a cop will be chasing you or your following some random car, you go to turn around and they are gone, i mean that was a problem in GTA, but this is the 360, they should atleast have cars follow the same route without disapearing, the draw distance obviously isnt as affective as i thought it was

I would say that's a bad photoshop.

For one it's got the PEGI 18+ logo on, which means that if it was true, it's intended for Europe. If that is the case, that bundle couldn't be distributed in the UK or Germany, two of the biggest markets as they would require the BBFC and USK adult ratings on the boxes respectively.

I can't speak for Germany but I haven't heard anything about Microsoft / THQ getting together with a bundle like this. Furthermore, Microsoft are throwing most of their marketing weight behind Gears. This bundle doesn't make sense in that light.

Nothing is impossible of course, but if that's a likely bundle, we would hear of it via a retailer sku first before seeing a pic I reckon.

Mexico and Canada are supposedly gettinig an offical PGR bundle.

I'm not convinced that MS would bundle an 18 age restirctied game as a bundle though.

I'm waiting to see if they plan a Japanese Blue Dragon bundle :P... (could shift a few 360's in Japan)

So I thought, but actually the PEGI logo seems to be legal over here (UK) now too, think its standard EU ratings now.

Not quite. The PEGI ratings are voluntary and cover most of Europe (a notable exception being Germany). In the UK most games are fine to adopt a PEGI rating, however, some games fall foul of the Video Recordings Act (which usually covers DVDs etc ) and need to be given a formal age rating by the BBFC.

Typically these are games aimed at older audiences, i.e 15 or 18. You'll be hard pushed to find more than a handful of PEGI 18+ games in the UK in recent years, the majority of them have BBFC ratings.

Saint's Row is definitely a BBFC 18 And as a couple of others said, I'm not sure Microsoft would create a bundle with an adult rated game though Gears of War might change that. We'll see.

Finally tried the demo today, and I really liked it; the graphics are fine and the gameplay enjoyable. Of course it has its weaknesses, but none of them is a deal-breaker… hopefully they’ll be able to fix most of them - especially the usually less than smooth frame rate – in time for the release.
