I thought the Japanese PSN store would get the demo on Thursday, and it is around 1 o clock there, so its Thursday.

You guys think it will be there?

I for one don't care about the text and all, I will button mash y way through learning :P

I will use all my Ninja Gaiden knowledge to learn and be great in DMC4...but my knowledge stops at Very hard *master ninja is fucking crazy*

But NG2 graphics isnt bad though, just expected more.

Artistically - which is a lot of what's going on here - I can't say I ever though the opposite was true. NG is way too strict and charmless with token factory backdrops and a hero who is essentially just... rubbery and dull. :|

Meanwhile, the deliciously cheesy Dante (and now the slightly less so Nero) struts his demonic j-rockstar stuff in amazing (often surreal, especially in DMC3) gothic locales, brimming with stark contrasting atmosphere and majestic architecture. I never even thought of it as a match.

Yeah i think its the architecture that does it for me, some of the backgrounds and settings really are amazing looking and the have such a crisp clean look to them.

And Jin I duno about NG2, TN have yet to impress me this gen, I will reserve judgement when it closer to release though.

Although 6 months ago I didn't think it look much different to be honest.

team ninja seem to have very strict art styles which, despite increases in poly count and higher exture res, prevent the game making a huge jump overall....DoA4 shows that the most. technically its great, motion blur, high poly count, high res textures, but becasue of the art style it didnt come across as being much better then DoA3, or even DoA2 for that matter. NG2 comes across as being similar. im sure technically it'll be great, but artistically its far too limited, makes it look like only a small improvement over NG sigma...which was a basic HD port.

Oh I don't know about that.. Team Ninja seems to have lost that edge. I'm sure NG2 will look very nice, but it will still feel a lot like a high resolution NG1 in a lot of ways. I suspect the game will be awesome regardless.

Like I said Alimo, I played the shit out of NG, and DMC is like that, I love these type of games, so I will play my ass off with DMC4, same goes to God of War 3 and NG2 :D
