It's been fine for me? I'm not just saying that either. Bar one crash it's been perfectly fine, and for others it's not crashed at all.

Oh, I didn't realize it wasn't their own software. I just looked at the wikipedia entry on the engine. I've actually played a few of those other games, though there aren't really many notable titles on that list. There's also basically no way that this game doesn't share a ton of code w/ their gamebryo games anyway. "Ground up" is a bunch of nonsense 99% of the time.

For me it crashes all the time. I get to play between one and two hours before it shuts down. Annoying as all fuck, but not a huge problem since the game auto saves every time you go though a door, so i've never lost more than maybe a few minutes of game time.

Consoles vers owners get very few crashes, but with the PC vers i guess there allot of different hardware specific drivers/confilcts that can cause more crashes?

Thats one of the things you can find constantly in caves, or buy one by a trader or a blacksmith usually has them.

You're sick. Look at the active effects on your magic list, it should tell you what you have. A message also appeared on screen when you contracted it. Go get yourself a cure disease potion.
I havent checked my active effects lol, didnt think of that.
But I thought those small shrines like the blessings of Talos would remove anything negative my character has, but ugh.

Just dump them in a chest somewhere? That's what i did before i could afford my own house. I just picked a place that i could fast travel to and stashed all my stuff there. Now i have my own house in Whiterun and can store all my crap in there, which is nice.

dont sell them, they are used to make some of the best armour in the game...or so i've read. just throw them in the closest chest. i used a set of draws in the companions sleeping quarters. as good a place as any. at least untill i bought my own house.

seeing that you learn by doing, could you theoretically level every skill tree to 100 if you put enough time in? i know there is a general level cap of 75 or something, but what about the skills? could i end up with a pro mage-archer-swordfighting-lockpicking-stealthy-blacksmith? or is that an impossibility?

Nope, at lv 100 you unlock the perk that allows you to smith dragon armor, so you need the perks as well i'm afraid.

No i think you can max everything out in terms of skill points. The perks on the other hand, i'm not so sure about. so is the rule basically that you only get a perk unlock point when you increase level? and once you reach the level cap, you will no longer be able to "buy" perks? i guess that makes sense. but then i guess that means you will have a maximum of 75 (or thereabouts) perks to "buy". how many skills would that alow you to max out? cos atm i'm planning on maxing out archery, stealth and lockpicking. but i will probably have perk points left over to max out something else? possibly 2 or 3 more skills. i dont want to spread myself too think speciality wise. but at the same time i dont want to focus on things too hard if i'm going to have points left over.

Lockpicking is totally pointless to spend any points in at all. Lockpicks are plentyfull and cheap or you could just get the skeleton key that never breaks. Don't spend any there. Sneaking is pretty epic though, i'm virtually invisible at a sneak level of 70 :)

Is the level cap at 75? Tough luck for completionists then, at least on Xbox and PS3, us PC users can always just cheat, haha :P

Grift; like i said, i don't know where to get dragon armor aside from smithing. Maybe you can find it, i have no idea :)

I like shield and sword combat.. it's pretty fun. Still flawed but fun. Pushing dudes around with the shield is pretty sweet.
