Lol. Don't take it personally, it's just I was hoping for a better demo to come out of the blue than the Spiderdick Chronicles...

sorry, i didint realise this thread was called "demo's blmbox is interested in" frankly i appreciate people taking time out to share the news that a demo has hit the 360 and the ps3. no matter how "bad" they may be.

Downloading it now - As a Pes fan it'll take a lot to convert me, but i'll give it a go and I was impressed with the 'be a pro mode' implemented in Fifa 08.

I can't find the demo, the link on Inside Xbox just takes you to a page which says there is nothing available in this category?! Has it been taken down?

I think it may have been. I have heard some people say that they've experienced problems with the demo when playing it, so they may have taken it down because of that.

Works fine for me though.... Yaayyyyy, i'm special! :)

(Would like to add that i'm very impressed with the demo, and that's coming from a Pes fan).

ok, thanks for the info. I used to play purely PES, but after FIFA 08, and the lacluster PES 2008, I think I may be converting. Never thought those words would come out of my mouth!

Haha, same here.

But this demo is extremely addictive (even if it is in truth Fifa 08.5).

But I wouldn't rule out Pes 2009 if I were you, it should be the next gen Pes we've been expecting.

Yeah I know, although there were rumours flying around some time ago that we might not see another PES game this year. Rumour had it they were taking a year out to build the engine from scratch for next gen.

Hmmm, maybe that wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.

Get to have a change of gaming football wise by buying Fifa 09, whilst Pes gets bettered so that it is the true next gen game.

But a whole extra year for Pes, how would I cope!?!

worst demo i've played in a long time. controls are terrible and the moment you land on the ground everything feels like a psone game...lol
