What's up with Elveon?

So is this game still in development or what? The latest media from the game seems to be from GDC06 and I haven't seen any single news related to Elveon for at least a year.

Developer Studio (of Elveon) from Bratislava was closed. They were slow and ate to much money so other studio (Climax) is making the game. Release? Maybe 2009.

No, Elveon is no longer in development, and the project was officially cancelled in 2008. The developers, 10tacle Studios, had originally planned to release the game in 2007, but it was never completed due to budget and technical issues.
