Xbox One X and Ps4 choppy playback

I love your channel guys, i think you are doing an amazing job, but i don't understand why most videos from this excellent website don't work properly in my xbox one x and my ps4, i download the file from my pc, i transfer it to the usb drive, i connect the usb drive to the console but when i try to play (i have tried both the official media player and vlc) i get slow playback or no playback at all or a green screen, is there anything i can do? i mean the footage is from the console so it would make sense to be able to play it from a console.
Also it is possible for you guys to upload also to a format that is working with consoles, thank you! youtube quality is not very good unfortunately so this not an ideal solution for me, thanks for all your hard work!

Try sticking the USB stick into your TV.

Click "High quality stream" and press Ctrl+U and then press Ctrl+F and type .mp4 and choose the resolution of the video url to copy to the address bar to download.

Try sticking the USB stick into your TV.
Don't ever need to do any download or USB plugging. All I do is open the site from my TV outdated browser, go to stream, choose flash instead of the crappy htm5 and hit play using the remote. This is one of the reasons why this is the best site for watching games videos on any OS or browser
