Today sees the release of another horror game, A.I.L.A, which plunges us into dark and gloomy VR video games without requiring us to wear a real headset. The game runs on Unreal Engine 5, and for an independent production, it offers very satisfactory graphics and performance on PS5 Pro. However, the PC version we tried suffered from some stuttering issues on our modest setup. In terms of content, what we saw of the adventure seemed pretty efficient, with obvious inspiration from the latest Resident Evil games in terms of UI, and contrary to what the first two games we dive into might suggest, there is a certain variety of locations and situations. The game doesn't look like it will be particularly long (expect between five and eight hours), but that doesn't make it a bad choice if you're looking for a new horrific experience.
