Return to Monkey Island was announced very recently and it was a surprise for everyone. The game will be released this year so it won't be long before we can finally see the true sequel to the second episode. We're pretty impatient as you might imagine, though we're pretty sure not everyone will like the new art style.
Devolver and Ron Gilbert's Terrible Toybox just announced the 2022 release of Return to Monkey Island and it's awesome news! Guybrush Threepood better be in good shape as fans (including myself) won't accept an average game. Fingers crossed!
