Undead Labs has put online some new images of State of Decay. Those new screenshots show the surveying feature, skill increase and the essential inventory. The title features base fortification, customization, landmines, tactical-stealth gameplay and a lot more. It is expected to release on Xbox Live Arcade in 2013.
Back in 2011, Microsoft announced that developer Undead Labs was working on a zombie-related title but only today do we learn more about State of Decay. Planned for release on Xbox Live Arcade and PC, the game will put you in the shoes of a survivor of some sort of apocalypse which causes all the undead to invade the planet. Cooperation and survival in an open world environment will be at the core of gameplay, which obviously reminds of DayZ (and recently announced The War Z). This might be a very good chance for console owners to have a taste at the end of the world. Images inside, trailer to come if we ever find something else than the Youtube video.
