The second part of The Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls Collection was sent to us last week and we had just enough time to capture some gameplay footage of the PS4 version of Heavy Rain. Aside from a few annoying (new) occasional bugs and glitches, the port is pretty good visually, with improved lighting and post-process HDAO and MSAA. If you have never played the game, this might be a good opportunity to give it a try provided you don't mind the limited gameplay mechanics. If you have already completed it though, then there is probably no real reason to put your money down again unless you're a massive fan. That being said, the collection is still worth it if you haven't played both games, let's just hope a patch will fix the problems we have encountered on Heavy Rain.

We will livestream the game tonight but only in French considering it's not really a new release per se. Sony has just announced that Beyond: Two Souls will hit PS4 as a digital title next week on November 24th. The PS4 digital version of Heavy Rain will be out on March 1st. Both titles are remastered at 1080p/60fps and will be bundled for retail (in Europe at least) as The Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls Collection, due out in March. Trailer and screens inside.
