The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a bit like GTA V, it can't stop getting released, but this time, the complete edition comes with some neat features that can be downloaded as a free update by all those of you who purchased the original game. On current gen consoles, the game now offers two graphics modes, on prioritizing performance while the other adds ray tracing effects (no ray traced reflections though). While the former remains rather smooth with some occasional hiccups while riding the horse, the latter is clearly not good enough when it comes to framerate. Some passages even reminded us of the old days in the swamps on PS4 and Xbox One. It's a shame really as ray tracing really makes a bit difference in the lighting.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be upgraded for free on Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC and CD Projekt RED released a brand new trailer of this new version of the game earlier today. As the video does not rely on the typical before and after presentation style, it's not that obvious to spot the differences, but those who know the game by heart will probably see them right away.

The Witcher 3 is available on Nintendo Switch and we obviously did not miss the opportunity to show you the game in the best conditions, so here is the first 45 minutes of the game.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition will release this year on Nintendo Switch. The port has been handled by Saber Interactive in cooperation with CD Projekt RED. The retail version will come with extra goodies.

The long awaited patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was made available just in time for Christmas, as a nice gift to Xbox One X and PS4 Pro owners. On Microsoft's console, the 4K mode is smooth as butter, but the 60 fps mode does not manage to maintain a steady framerate in certain areas, like Novigrad for example. That being said, the patch makes a real difference and was well worth the wait.

Last Sunday, CD Projekt RED and Geralt of Rivia celebrated the 10 years of The Witcher by thanking you, the players, with this beautiful trailer. You can now enjoy it in 4K and top quality inside.

One of the best RPG and espectially the one from CD Projekt couldn't avoid the GPOTY trreatment so starting August 30th, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition will be available for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It will contain obviously the base, all the DLCs, both expansions Hearts of Stone and Blood & Wine plus all updates and improvements. In select territories the game will labeled as Complete Edition.

A few weeks back, Miguel prepared a series of nice videos of the latest DLC of the now cult The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and it motivated us to return to Geralt now we have a bit more free time. Because it's been pretty quiet today, here is some footage of the PC version captured in ultra, which is the minimum we could offer so you would be able to truly appreciate Schwarzenegger's digital clone. If you haven't heard, a GOTY edition of the game has been confirmed and should be released by the end of the summer.
