Xbox 360 PS3

EA released this great trailer of Skate 2, which will be released in March on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Not much has been revealed about the game unfortunately, but at least it looks promising.

There's some great new features in this game. More tricks, expanded city, the possibility to run on foot and create female skaters. I think that's enough for me to buy, even tho it probably will be more new additions than so..:)

Do people still play the first game online? I've played the demo to death, and should probably go and buy it.

^^ Same. I still go to that park all the time in the full game. Don't play it online though.

The 'get off the board' feature is a welcomed one. Many a time I wanted that in the first game.

Slippys for the win (:

Tony Hawk, Skate, now Skate 2... but I want to see new HD Jet Set Radio. IMO one of the best games ever and one of the best games on Xbox. It had something that for me is missing in Tony or Skate.

toelessfoot @Melmoth: They should really sell a controller-less G2, I'd definitely get one. It can be used with Index controllers too. (1 Day ago)

  • Melmoth

Melmoth An inside-out tracking-solution would make things much simpler. The G2 seems fantastic for sims, but unsure about the controller tracking. (1 Day ago)

  • Melmoth

Melmoth @toelessfoot: The problem i have with the CV1 is having to move the sensors between two rooms when going from a sim setup to roomscale. So much hassle that i rarely use roomscale at all. (1 Day ago)

Melmoth @nostradamus: i read about it a while ago. Based on the Doom engine. Looked really well made for a fan-game. (1 Day ago)

toelessfoot @Melmoth: Yeah I came from a Rift CV1, kind of wish I hadn't sold it for the good tracking and OLED contrast, not to mention my computer could run more games at its native res. (1 Day ago)

nostradamus @Melmoth: you have this [url] its pretty decent if you can stomach that unforgiving sonic physics in 3d [url] (1 Day ago)

Melmoth Talking about 3d platforming. I still think the contol principles of sonic hasn't been properly done in 3D (1 Day ago)
