Albeit Impressive, especially how dense the world now is... still, i wished Insomniac were focusing on other IP, this isn't half as mighty as was seeing R&C remake on PS4 gen (diminishing returns), and the formula is in a lot of ways stale.

it is stale, most mainstream game design is stale imo.
i'd still give R&C a go, but only on a fancy tv or in VR. makes it more engaging.

I disagree this impresses me more than R&C on previous gen. That game gave the impression of CGI animation, but this could pass as one. While if you look closely there would be technical discrepancies, the art and lighting choice along with the level of detail into the distance is really impressive. The density is a massive leap as is the loading. I mean there is diminishing returns in you have to do more to make a similar sense of difference, but for me they have done more and the results are there. Got a PS5 and a powerful PC and this impresses me graphically more than anything I have played on either.

This is way more impressive than the Cyberjunk2077 that was to be the game of the century.
