This looks so good, I really hope it turns out better than EA's last couple of outings on the 360. Full co-op throughout the entire game is an awesome idea.
single and multi ... its ALWAYS COOP... and the coop is voice responsive and controlled, you can cuss it can cuss back and supposedly its a learning AI if you screw up it remembers and razzes you about it and will inisist on doing things you failed to do earlier unless you really demand that he let you for instance take the snipe ... and theirs the dual person rapelling, and dual sniping and giving each other leg ups onto ledges ... put it this way EA has said that if your partner dies because u weren't paying attention or covering when he called for cover you mise as well kill yourself because its a team game not a lone warrior style.
no there is no single player mode.....just co-op=)
if you don't have a friend to play with then it's better that you don't buy this game
just jokinthere will be a single player mode and i read that the ai of your partner will be great.....but they also said that for halo 2 and we all know how intelligent the marines are, what do i always say:"be careful with news"=)

I'm looking forward to this game. Quite impressive and intriguing gameplay-wise. 1up has a video interview with creators that goes more indepth on the game. It's not just a rehashed shooter.

It's honestly looks like something out of "The Perfect Storm". Looks excellent.
The water does not not great admittedly.
I do like the idea of fighting on a rough sea which I've never done in a game before.
Just imagine trying to Snipe on that :/

WHAT!! go look at Blue Dragons water and compare them..
That water is just textures its not dynamic and doesn't even have displacement/cube mapping.

Everyone who has seen the water in motion has said it was the best looking water they have seen. This is just another case of screenshots not doing the game justice.

don't belive in that check water, there is no reflection nothing, looks flat low res ugly not fluid, in BD looks so natural that u can get thirsty :D
