We can finally share the gameplay trailer of Battlefield 1 that was premiered during the EA Play conference from a week and a half ago. Enjoy it in high quality inside. The title from DICE will offer multiplayer up to 64 players when it releases on October 26.

I'm not sure how much of that trailer is game play.... Sure there is absolutely a couple brief moments of in engine but I would guess some MAJOR post processing and icing on the cake being added to in engine. Regardless I am so pumped they went back into history instead of releasing another modern / futuristic shooter. I would have not purchased BF5 if it was a modern shooter. I will absolutely purchase BF1!

I see people cry hacks in nearly every round of BF4. I rarely see legitimate hacks in BF4.

Hacks are more of a convenient excuse for bad players than an actual problem :P

No. Maybe for some 12 years old kids its good excuse, but its flooded by especially russian hackers. Of course often people accuse someone, who just plays really good.

It's not flooded with Russian hackers. This is nonsense. And no. Most of the people dropping excuses are adults. The kids just play until they're actually good at the game.

Vigilance against cheating is important, but most people can't differentiate skill from hacks.

Well....it looks like we will not agree on this. I'm not sure on which servers You play, but my friend is playing it daily and his experience is exactly the same. And we just take it as a game, we are not some psycho score hunters. Anyway, I'm glad Your experience with Battlefield is so good. It's a great game, but stupid people is what made me to stop playing it.

I've been playing less frequently (Overwatch), but I still play. My experience has been pretty solid. I see people calling hacks constantly, and I had that same experience in BF3. I've been on the receiving end of that quite a bit in Battlefield. I do not believe that people can differentiate high levels of play from cheating. I'm not denying the existence of hacks or that there are cheaters in online games. I just believe it's a hugely overstated problem in most popular games.

I have found very few players that even throw red flags, and those that do aren't even certain.

No.....killing through walls, taking zero damage, killing only You from 64 players for 15 minutes just for revenge, one shot pistol kills on 300 meters etc... I'm not a butt hurt player, I'm not taking games very seriously, I just enjoy it, but this is something, what makes me go berserk. And also the most frequent word of all times...."noob". You killed me with knife, you are noob, you killed me with tank, you are noob, you have let me to kill you, you are noob...:-D

Gameplay is nothing like that trailer, just watch some videos on youtube. Tbh I thought it looked like garbage, especially when the zeppelin comes down and crashes/explodes right in front of you, you will realize it looks nothing like in the trailer... And then not to have the french army is also laughable, but I'm sure that's EA's responsability and not Dice's.
