just playing through Bioshock 2 now. The story doesnt really make any sense after the first one..but the gameplays still right up there.
Really looking forward to this. I think it's fucking stupid revealing it so soon..risking some fatigue on a years worth of reveals. But right now i think it looks great (the unreal 3 engine showing its clear benefits over unreal 2 - which must of been milked to breaking point for Bioshock), and cant wait to play it....it's just a shame i HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR!!
yep, even though its said that alot is triggered, whats that word again? Damn...either way, that its not 100% gameplay, it's ingame, but you probably won't play it like this exactly when it comes out.

I don't really see how people can think this. I mean it looked nice and all, but it was clearly heavily scripted and it really showed nothing new in terms of gameplay. Sure it had big impressive envoirments... I just didn't feel blown away or very interested in what was shown.
Atmosphere was fantastic, environment animations mind boggling, set pieces were epic. NPC's felt real, when the player went into that gentlemans pub, the hostility in the air was palpable.
10 mins and at least 4 unforgettable events... Obviously the whole game won't be the same pace, but for a gameplay vid I haven't been as awestruck since HL2 vids
The gameplay video was absolutely fantastic and, as someone who had little interest in this after Bioshock 2, I have to say that the direction they've taken with this game is superb. Familiar it may be, but there's just enough in there to make it as fresh and exciting as the very first game in the series was.
Anyone have an explanation for the fact they are releasing screens on a regular basis, knowing it will only be out in 2012? Doesn't make any sense to me.

pretty sure they've already said that the gameplay vid was just made for demo purposes.. and probably wont be put together like that in the game - which is why it was so heavily scripted
Why does the female character have to show so much cleavage? I thought, for a Ken Levine game, there'd be more class to female characters but she sounds like another busty damsel-in-distress. She should be more like Elika (PoP).
