The set up seems interesting. But I have the feeling this game will have a horrible IQ on consoles.

did people just learn that today or something, i've seen IQ thrown around more today then i EVER have.

anyway, great style, everything else however doesnt interest me at all. i dont like the set up one bit. reminds me of shadowrun on 360 or unreal torney 3 for some reason. a multiplayer masquerading as a single player.

I agree with everything you said. The devs can spend almost three minutes trying to tell me that, in effect, you always play the "good" guys, but I have a feeling the game's SP will still just boil down to Unreal Tournament against bots.

The art direction is good. You can feel the timesplitters vibe to it.

It looks like unreal engine, the art looks good. Gfx overall is fine.

Well, I'm mostly interested in multiplayer FPS games anyway, so I'm still interested. And it's the Doom 3 engine--id tech has legs.

still looks good to me. But he ps3 E3 footage of actual gameplay looked terrible. And, worryingly, its by the guys who's last game was quake wars - nuff said

ETQW gets a lot more hate than it deserves. It's hardly surprising on consoles, but as many flaws as the PC game had, it was still unique and well worth experiencing.

Uh, I love my consoles, STFU. The best FPS this year is going to be Halo Reach, by far. So what if I think that BF3 going multiplatform is a horribly scary thing (sorry, I don't want more noob bullshit). The console port of ETQW was atrocious.

I really hate this "looks like unreal engine", no, it looks like a similar ART STYLE used in the Unreal Tournament games

Also, its using a heavily modified Doom 3 engine (id Tech4)

I don't even find that to be the case. To me, this looks stylistically closer to Rage than anything Unreal-related.
