Ok this whole co op centered squads idea actually has me very interested. The kill streaks and perk aspects that hurt MP I can see being fun in a co op mode against AI. The horde mode survival type especially. For the first time in a long time I saw a CoD video and ended up thinking damn I really wanna try that game out!
I've ended up doing something i really never wanted to do, i've pre-ordered COD....thanks mainly to work mate pressure, but also the idea of giving it one more chance on brand new hardware. I've not really played cod online since MW2, and that was short lived. I'm hoping absence has made my heart grow stronger...if not then i think i can safely say i'm done with the franchise.
Not meaning to sound like the usual twat on sites like Youtube and elsewhere, but when people say that Battlefield is turning into COD, what drugs are they taking, because I want to know. I'm not joking. It's a serious question.

Same with me. The biggest reason I'm hesitant to get ghosts is b/c I will already have killzone and bf3. The only thing is thatghosts should be a lot more fast twitch bssed which might makethe fps ffatigue less. If driveclub ends up being good I probably won't have time for it snyhow. Nba 2k and madden will also keep me plenty busy. AC4 and watch dogs can kiss my ass lol.
or... it's rotating at exactly the right speed to make it LOOK like it's not rotating. like how a cars hubcaps can look like they stop, or even rotate backwards...

fuck no, the game looks like shit, and squad mode is about as non-appealing as a mode could ever be...they're trying to sell the idea of bots as something new and fresh...LMAO. graphically it's one of the worst things i've seen of next gen too.

Honestly, I think Watch Dogs is the worst in graphical terms for next gen. Compared to AC4, it looks current gen on PS4 judging on the footage.
watchdogs isn't exactly a looker. but there are at least elements in there that look nice (water, wet streets, cars, characters). this...this just looks shit. flat lighting, crap textures, bad animations. it's current gen COD in 1080p. and i honestly wouldn't be getting it if it wasn't for the fact it's the *ONLY* MP shooter my work mates play. i'm still tempted to just shit-can the pre-order and play on my own on BF4.

No. I have no interest in choosing battlefield. I really don't like team based warfare. I'm more of a lone wolf type of gamer. I prefer more close quarters maps, instead of the enormous battlefield maps. I'm not dissing battlefield, it's just not my type of shooter.
also I'm getting Killzone Shadow Fall, since I'm getting a PS4 (KORNdog my PSN id is "loakum", if you wanna get blasted on in killzone, get at me.)

Websites like this are for gamers to get together and talk about their favorite hobbies. Some are certainly more opinionated or passionate than others which can rub others the wrong way but all in all its just a platform to voice your opinions on these games. There is nothing wrong with disliking a game or a debate on a game. Obviously people like gangstarr can ruins things in a debate but that is sadly the nature of the internet. For some reason some people love to troll on certain games like korndog and gangstarr. But others I've noticed ironically talk down call of duty with as much "fanboy" like ferver/bias as those who defend it and buy it. Blindly raging about how the battlefield rehashes are miles and miles better than the CoD rehashes. I prefer BF quite a bit myself but I will at least admit it is guilty of many of the same sins. Also I think giving a CoD game a chance is not equal to some awful sin lol.
