Trailer PC Xbox 360 PS3 Wii DS

After a pretty nice adaptation of Toy Story 3, developer Avalanche Software is back with Cars 2. This time, the game is quite logically inspired by Mario Kart and, though this title will mostly appeal to young players, it might be worth checking out if you like the genre. We will try to get a copy to let you know if what IGN said about it is true.

The movies certainly aren't. Cars 1 was Pixar's only critical dud, and by all accounts Cars 2 is apparently far, far worse.

It's too bad as Pixar can usually be relied up for originality and creativity. I guess the money got the better of them this time.

I would have thought every other Pixar flick would produce sufficient money for them anyways.

complete 100% agree, Cars was definitely their least appealing movie in the company's history. i enjoyed all their movies since the original toy story, but Cars i could barely stand to watch, mostly because i know they were focusing more on this child audience since that's where the money is at. all movies are mostly for children though, but are enjoyable for adults as well; this movie was not the case for me.

i for one didn't really mind the movie at first, as every company has a not so great film, but just the fact that they are making a entire section dedicated to the film at Disneyland in southern california really pissed me off because of how huge the area is. could of been used for a much less retarded film of Disney

Cars compared to everyone elses attempts and kids cg movies is fantastic, compared to pixars others? its alright.. i think its great that cars gets such a kicking, it shows how much we expect from pixar and how much they deliver

I just think its because of A Owen Wilson.. and B there soulless cars, its a grand idea and i think they executed it better than anyone else could but at the end of the day its cars that talk...

Love Pixar, never got around to Cars, something fundamental there just fails to appeal, maybe it's my general disdain for modern car design...

i liked cars morso then say, bugs life (antz was better) and incredibles (just utter crap) but aside from those 2, everything else that pixar have produced surpasses cars. still not their worst tho, not by a long shot (words can't describe just how much i hate bugs life)
